Scoring
Files
These are the Excel files used for keeping track
of the event scoring. The
particular files listed will also track the individual award winners for
each event; seeing as we're allowing the gold medal winners the opportunity
to compete at the state level in their event. This version automatically
fills in each event list with the participating team names. Only the
"Place" value of the team needs to be entered for a particular
event. These places would correspond to the Event Score Sheet (Excel
file below) submitted by individual event supervisors. NEW this year….an “AWARDS” tab has been added to
the spreadsheet that contains the final team rankings, in place order, for
a more viewer-friendly format that can be used during the trophy
presentations.

printable pages used for signing in the students for each event.

These are the Excel documents that contain the
printable pages used for keeping track of the scoring for individual
events; including school name, raw score, and rank.

Certificate Files
These are the Excel documents that allow you to
print student and event supervisor certificates. Specific items on the
certificates (signatures, dates, etc.) can be changed with a global replacement
and the names will be filled in directly from pre-entered data within the
spreadsheet.

Medal Labels
These are the Excel documents that allow you to
print labels that can be affixed to the back of your Olympiad event medals.
We generally print the file on a full-sheet label, have them cut out, and
fixed to the medals. We also use orange sticker sheets with black
imprinting to go along with Pikeville College’s orange and black
school colors.
