One of Pikeville College's most popular activities is the annual Science & Math Day Camp. It is held each summer for middle school students entering grades 5 through 8. The weeklong event stimulates students' interest in math and science by introducing them to a number of hands-on activities. In the past, students have dissected sharks, launched rockets, and produced slime -- to name a few of the fun activities.
